Founder Cheryl Brungardt believes in active participation in the community. Formerly a director of volunteers, she often used promotional products for volunteer and customer recognition events. She presently serves in a variety of volunteer positions including Volunteer Connection of Jefferson County, Wheat Ridge Business District and chairs the Wheat Ridge Housing Authority. A graduate of Metropolitan State College of Denver, she obtained a Human Services degree with emphasis in nonprofit administration. She was honored in 2006 as Volunteer of the Year in her hometown and also a Woman of Honor at the West Chamber Serving Jefferson County.  In 2007, she received the prestigeous Bess Cohn Humanitarian Award from ASI and Counselor magazine, the industry magazine for promotional products trade industry.
